The pay is terrible according to market value and they gloat about it while exploiting their employees. No benefits, no actual appraisals. The higher ups don’t bother or care about the writers, catalogers or editors. They pretend to do some with random group meetings.

Some team And management is too good. But one team management is worst coz they only look for their personal growth apart from team.

The management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow and salary hike is very low, appraisals are not upto tha mark and bonus are out of the syllabus.

So far it was all good to work here, Despite they cut down 70% of the salary for a quarter, and continued to give less salary for a year reasoning lockdown. I have got no appraisal/increment even after working for 2 years.

Have to be completely dependent on client for leaves, and officially will not get any leaves until there is only serious a medical emergency. work almost in every festival and no compensation for anything.

Good work culture. Got good comfort zone while on work. I learn alot here and made good friends colleagues

Bit of disappointed about appraisal, salary, allowances. They got on time but not touched to expectaion

Salaries are disbursed on time without any delays. The standard workweek consists of five working days. If you work on a national holiday, you will receive either payment or compensatory time off.

Dislikes

The company provides very minimal salary increments, and these are sometimes skipped entirely. Additionally, arrears are not paid. Despite having worked here for 3-5 years, employees are rarely promoted to their desired positions or see any meaningful changes. Even when promotions are requested, they are often ignored.
