Mostly i like there ignorant, careless, unprofessional and irresponsible work culture

Dislikes

Currently i am employed at this company, this company has worst work culture, and i gave great sin that i let my friend join this company at dlf enclave 93 site on our project manager instructions. And my friend is in very tough situation to handle site on his own, and same situation with me. I am currently documentation management and billing work, but they give me quantity department and in absence staff i have given site duty too. This is too much for me

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
