...oin organization i joined as sales coordinator they had forcefully resigned me . they are totally working target base if u achive 34 % of your target u will get that much salary. some of collegeus salaries are also pending since 7 months. they does not provide salary slip also

Technical training is good but too much training .

(1) More training (2) Toxic atmosphere for sales team. (3) No job security (4) Account department for reimbursement is pathetic. (5)To much companies visit not focus on current or previous leads .

There is no any Job security, political & bounding working environment, work-life balance is very difficult to manage. I like only that they are providing good quality lunch & good travelling facility.
