1) They only focuses on production and dispatch. 2) Process not implemented quickly 3) Work of quality Engineer is only inspection and higher management does not involve in improvement activities or extra activities.

top management in not so good ...they lack expertise in handling day today activities, also egoistic approach towards others. only concerned about paperwork( data) and less focus on actual process improvement.
