I did not get any salary for April 20, may20 .my immediate boss told me that i have to wait for coming 9 months, till then I am on company payroll still I will not get any perks, it is very sad I am working in this from starting to till yeti am in the big trouble I have two small kids my husband also jobless now, there is no helping hand now kindly do something and plz call me back for work. According to the papers you have the information that I handled all leisure work, but I have to do all the company work for every profile still I did never complaint about anything because I want to do work as a loyal employee, I did not get my salary increment from last 2 years. And there is lots of politics and management doesn't want to address our issues. I love my job ,I love my pricol company.plz call us as soon as possible for work in place . My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
