Break down information will come thru SAP notification and communication to bd attention team is via pager. ready available of spares in dedicated maintenance stores . Which reduce the mttr. For PM the schedule is followed and lines will be released on request by the production team. Team is self motivated and have good team spirit. Monthly department meetings with all coimbatore plants and hurdles will be discussed.

Salary and benefits was less as compared to chennai based companies. But if is good and enough for Coimbatore city. Limited area coverage of transport. No child care.

Company HR Department bahut bekaar hai apke paise ya bonus rakh leta hai.koi support nhi krta.na hi jab aap company left kroge to apko bhut preshan krenge.f&f nhi denge

Lots of politics,particiality...salary is decent but career growth is slow..there is a bond for 2 years before which you cannot resign..

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes the work pressure is high.sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend customer requires in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
