Great work life balance. Work culture is also well organised depending on your managers and subordinates. Mine is better than I expected.

You have to pay for your transport if you need it. No free transport for anyone. Everything else is normal not so bad and not so good either.

...always takes initiative in skill development of employees. Compensation is good. No salary cut in the wfh scenario during pandemic.

A great company to be with, if you are career oriented and will to do some quality work then this is the place for you. Latest technologies to work and friendly management.

Low salary but if you able to grab good offer then nice place to go ahead.

Someone who is looking for secured and stable job this is a good company. Work load is moderate.

Nothing to learn, 0 knowledge building during the whole tenure. Seniority based on time served in company and not on the actual knowledge and skills.

Benefits like gratuity and Insurance are being paid by company.

Dislikes

There are some so called managers, who has no capability to be a manager. They are not manager but have bossy behaviour, do favouritism, hold personal grudges and do anything to throw you out of the organisation. If you have keen interest in AP, AR and Account Reconciliation then kindly do not join the organisation, because company is in recovery audit which is faar different than audits
