...actory. We have to keep struggle for work life balance and job security is poor. Salary and appraisal is based on the performance and profit to the company. You may think of PreventiNe at the start of career but difficult to sustain the pressure for future growth due to not so conducive work culture especially for Medicos and sudden implementation of alien rules.

Nothing is catered to employees like travel, work from home, soft skills, gymnasium, honorarium, job training etc which is helpful for the personal growth and uplifting of the company experience.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Mangers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time. I do receive application emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
