Company practices are horrible, very discriminatory behaviour towards Indian workers. No proper difference in job roles. No proper management. Too many rules that only benifit the company.

I am working since 2 years.its a small organisation having just 20 Indian 5 Japanese employees. All Japanese are very kind, やさしくて、インド文化を理解さながら インドじんと一緒に仕事する。 possitive side(own view): work, life balance is extremely good. No such unbearable huge work pressure. you can work in relax manner. All employees very cooperative, its like family. Concerns point(own view) Due to corona, company is facing little finacial crisis like all other organisation. No provident fund facility.

No salary increment. Number of leave is Less compare to other company
