I think , lower categories engineer salary is the worst policy in this company...they should be upgrade the salary as per the designation...

I am not an employee; but, my first experience with the company HR was terrible!

...n interview despite knowing me that I had to travel from Mangaluru to Bangaluru. Since Prestige's prestige about salary package was bad, I had informed the HR about my expectation, they called me for the interview made me to wait for Hours in their office (in fact the HR Mgr. had forgotten my presence in the office!!!) and after the interview no news from them!! For them it is routine job, for me lot of financial burden, mental & physical stress. INSENSITIVE HR I MUST SAY!!!

The company is overall good in work culture. Compensation is okay The company is Undergoing new techniques in appraisal systems. My project team is very balanced and most of us are newly joined in this project only.
