1. Appointment letter/ Joining letter will not be given. 2. Salary of January is paid 50% on April 2nd. Minimum of 1-3 months salary delay will be there. 3. PF not paid from March 2020 till Present. (i.e due from 1 year). 4. Even after working for 20hrs of 24hrs a day, some staff taunt for not present at the work next day. Even after knowing the condition. 5. Need to beg for some staff to take even our Comp. Off leave.

This is the Worst Company i have Seen. Middle Level Management is Ok i.e Colleagues are ok. Top management is the Worst part of Company.

Dislikes

Top Management is the Worst Part of the Company. They don't Know how to behave with Staffs. HR is No 1 Culprit.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
