...of employees, ie, regular employees, contractual employees and casual employees. While regular employees have good training, job security, career growth, salary and everything, the contractual and casual employees have little. Although everyone has an opportunity to learn and grow.

Dislikes

There are a large number of officials who have been working here for last a long period. Despite being transferable posts, they have been posted in the same office. Such officials are making this department vulnerable of malpractices and misuse of their official positions in terms of money making and misusing office vehicle etc. Such officials are believed to have connection with top bureaucrats and Ministry officials. It is not good sign for any government set up.

Likes

I worked as an English Typist in PM UNIT, PIB NMC . Starting the career from such an esteemed organisation make me feel proud. I used all my academic n professional learning here which proved always beneficial for me. The behaviour of officers were always very polite to me. Here I learnt lot which will without any doubt going to help me in future n I want to keep on learning n wanna gain as much knowledge as I can...bcz the more we learn the more we grow..

Dislikes

There's nothing which I dislike..but I have a suggestion i.e. the limit of only 15 duties in a month for a typist should be removed..
