Delayed salary, no document provided; appointment letter/ salary slips/ joining letter/ salary deduction clarification/ pf details. Pressure for admission even on teaching staff.

Salary credited is only 65% with a delay of 2 months. No promotion, no promises fulfilled, no 7th Pay... teachers are teaching TGT grades at PRT pay scale. Their only concern is admission, fee collection. Zero motivation for the employees during the pandemic. They’re just taking advantage of the teachers during this time as no one will get jobs outside during this time.

Dislikes

Teachers are only working as there are minimum opportunities outside in the pandemic. Everyone is frustrated with the kind of ignorance the management does to its employees.

Everything is good here. As a staff it is good organisation where i learnt lot of things and work culture is overall very good. Management is good who respects teachers space and work for their satisfaction.

Dislikes

Unfortunately this organisation was suffering from financial difficulties so salary disbursement on time was big issue. Company policy is little strict. Notice period is 3 months.

Presidium Palam Vihar branch not paying salary during lockdown. They are not bothered about their teachers snd other staff. Staff is begging for salary but they are not paying but charging the fee from parents by calling on daily basis.

No policies. No benefit for staff and they fire the employee without any notice.

Presidium is no more a secure work place cz the chairperson is bankrupt.. SALARY ISSUES R TERRIBLE.. 2 months delay and no compensation on working culture or targets

Presidium used to b top list for the working of teachers bt salary issues have lft us speechless .. no future of feeder branch.. too much pressure to gv admission for mother’s pride
