Worst university who took my salary in the name of fake policies.Hr policies are only to exploit employee and it changes accordingly.

Don't give salary when you are on notice period, give excuses of policies. No job security.

Colleagues are good, located at outside of the city, Good infrastructure and landscape .

Lost the decision makers in due course. No proper ERP or MIS for data collection and analysis, No activity centers for students and no proper pay scale.

They always find excuses to decuct salary of employees. They are not satisfy from employees work always criticise employees. Never support employees in their hard times. Very ungrateful people. They treat employees like a slave.

...Policies, Job Security, Increments. No increments for 3 years for all staff. Salary deductions, just like that they deduct salaries to fulfill their other dreams. Employees will be terminated at any time. Be careful.

...cellor. He always try to expand his Institutions by deducting employee salaries. 30%-50% salary deductions for the last 9 months. No proper HR polices, people who worked in his schools are managing this professional university. They don't have minimum ethics.
