...im. Your CTC will be divided by 14 months. Leave of 30 Days is also part of CTC. Bonus is part of CTC but will not be paid if you leave the company. All policies are framed from the employers point of benefit. No Hr. Old employees are removed and new are replaced. Salaries are pathetically low. Increments in three years etc. Please join at your own risk.

Proximity of location to home if you stay in thane. Professionally company is a mess, no future.

Dislikes

One of the worst company ever. No thought process for appointing professionals and working with them(unclear of scope of work). No schedule, No budget, just want to finish the project with their own best understanding. Not open to listening and understanding critical issues. List is endless about dislikes.

The worst place which I choose to work here in my professional Career. Directors shouted very badly on employees. One of the Director use abusing language even for female staff.
