There's not much to like here; it's more like a stepping stone.

... in with their experience of a toxic company and just copy pasted the same here. People who were hired with the promise of WFH, with lesser salary now being asked to come to the office, and if anyone is contesting that they are being told to just quit, and do minimum these are the people who have worked in this organization for 3+ years. If you are planning to join Sales just heed my advice don't, No matter what anyone tells you, the working hours are from 6 in the morning till 2 at night, and if you don't do so you will either not make any money and will constantly be taunted as noncompetent or will be let go as a nonperforming asset. And the same is true for other departments as well. There is no appreciation for the work, Good working people are being let go, and people with basically no clue how things are working and zero intention of working are being promoted as they know how to shout about their work. All in all It's a stressful and depressing place to work now. Everyone is feeling trapped and everyone is trying to look for better opportunities. I hope someone will make some changes but to be very honest everyone who cares about the company is not working there. If you're thinking about joining here do reconsider, don't know what is your condition but even if you do join just use it as a stepping stone and always be on the lookout for a better opportunity.

People culture is amazing at PrepLadder. HR listens to your every request and addresses all issues. It's a young work group at this company. The average of every employee is 30 years. Lunch is served and its a 5 day work week. Increment is decent.

The size of the team is small so there is no immediate avenue for growth in terms of designation and salary.

...erience in digital marketing also with other hirings as well. No advancements. No salary increments. They will make you work but wont give you salary accordingly.

There is no job security, work culture is good. Company policies are good. Management is supportive and helpful.

Was a very great experience working for a growing startup. very energetic environment with great compensation scheme for sales person. Great leadership and even better teammates to work with. There is no work pressure. There is no on job training for freshers, hence team lead and other teammates have to guide them in each and every step, which is a pain sometimes.

Job Security 0. Management 0. anybody can get fired, any day, no salary security. you will not get salary on the defined day, another day, you would be asked to resign to get the salary. I know some ex-employees, who are still waiting for the salary for the last 4 months. Don't join this fraud company, or you will waste your career.

...A' company. Actually, they have 1 LALA in each department, who acts as a Hitler. Salary issues are there. What I see is, the company is on its downward trend. An Australian company has filed a suit for copying the data from their website, and they are about to pay them in Millions, more than their worth. One day, you will read in NEWSPAPER, that PREPLADDER fired all the employees, and they are shutting their operations.
