I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Owners Management Lots of discouragement No appreciation for hard work Loads of pressure and burden No assistance Employees are made to check the copies during their class time only because no separate checking time is given. And trust me there are not 5 or 6 copies to check....it's more than 30 copies for 1 teacher without any help or checking time . Also you are required to spend 2 hours extra on weekend and no overtime payment is given whereas they deduct the salary even if the worker is late by 1 minute. No salary increment is given instead they start making excuses . Owners are so cheap ,proudy, greedy ,money minded and rude to everyone (students and teachers). They only care about their money and don't bother about someone's need or situation. Initially they are seen very friendly as they do lot of sugar coating but when you get to work with them you can know that they actually are the worst owners anyone can ask for.
