Coming to premium transmission is like coming to hell Cause here no increment for years No salary revision Toxic work culture No job security, even one can terminate without notice Long working hours like 14 hours even on Saturday Leave policy is very poor Very toxic management behavior that's why one should go other company even for low salary than this company is offering you As this is outskirts area so transportation is pathetic

Company is a very good for learning technical knowledge

Dislikes

Salary structure of company is a very worst... I am blaming here only a compny management.. I respects my company but management is a poor I am diploma mechanical engineer &I am working here from past 10 yrs. Still i have a only 3.60 LPA salary...& now managent giving same salary for a 1-2 yrs. experience... I don't know how they calculating... But it's a totally discrimination so i am giving terrible rating👎🏻.... But ultimately i am still honestly working here.
