The company is poor in terms of job security,work culture and management. The management does not match with stringent company policies regarding work,salary considerations,leave allowances,gratuity;hard to realize.

Most horrible experience. Illtreating the workers. Office staff are sitting at a place where the temperature is more than 50° centigrade. Told the company to improve the standards. Meagre salaries are paid to the employees. I was working for only three months and then quit the company. Only those who have other compulsions are continuing there. The problems are there because of the capitalist system followed in this country. This country is hopeless. Never improve as long as parties like Congress and BJP rule this country.
