New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Everything salary, Promotions are not on time and now they are planning to cancel the promotion and increment, incentives will be promised but not given to the employees for months need to wait more than 6 months to get Incentive

IF SHE COMES TO THE STORE SHE WILL HARASS THE SALES STAFF THEN STORE MANAGER AFTER THAT SHE WILL HARASS THE OPERATION MANAGER THAT IS THE WAY THINGS WORKS IN HER LIFE. She constantly questions everyone . Satish is the puppet of Meghna. She does not give the salary to staff and lot of cases are pending against her at various courts. These people will not enrol for PF. BEWARE OF UTTAM HE IS A SNAKE
