The company culture is good, all employees are very nice and friendly.

Dislikes

Company has not provided salary account for employees, salaries are paid by cheque and there is no assurance when the cheque will be received, employees have no clue when they will receive salary, Salary normally received 2 months delayed. Travel allowances are kept pending for uncertain period, no assurance when the allowances will be cleared,Sales Incentives, LTAs etc are not certain when they will be paid. Financial insecurity is part of every Day life. When this basic thing is so uncertain, its better not to talk about other aspects.

Company is really good. New learn . But main point salary low it will grow slowly and not fix date salary, but u will get surely n every month, manager are very supported any problem they support u.

No leave only emergency . Other wise les familly do work.

My favourite aspect of my current job is the variety of work.i love that every day presents me with different challenges this has meant that I ve had opportunities to gain an understanding of industry and develop my problem solving and organisations skills.

Negotiating system failure or technical problem.
