Teammates are supportive either one person. Company policies are good,

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

0% Career Growth, only traveling Salary is very low & they don't give proper Expenses & there is no appraisal. Environment of working also no good & there is no innovation. Totally Premier Evolvics Pvt LTD is not secure for any growth for life.

Really it's a good place for learning and development of your carrier for R&D department and not for service engineer

Mainly salary and no advance payment for engineers for travelling no response for your ideas and no growth in career and more importantly politics are more.Really pls don't choose this company because 4yrs of bond it's of totally not required

I work in the defence and aerospace division called Astra and the work is interesting.

Dislikes

...tion is bad and work put in for the startup division (Astra) is not appreciated. They are providing salary and assigning work to employees working in this field(defence and aerospace) as if they were production company employees.
