Growth is invisible, salary is like peanut as compared with the prevailing market. No benefits like PF, medical or paid leave. It's a limited company, but the policies are like a street side grocery shop.

HO in Kolkata is good infrastructured organisation. Nothing else....

Work pressure is not good. I as an Accounts Staff am doing job here just like Employees of Call Centre or BPO Sectors, always work pressure. We don't get chance to freely sit for a few minutes. One job was completed, then next is awaiting for me. Each & every job was fixed in a specific time limit. This type of time binding job I think not appropriate basically for Accounts staff.

There's really nothing. To be brutally honest these are the companies who take advantage of educated unemployed graduates of this nation. No policies, principles or aim. They know how to lure unemployed youth of this nation with a job and later duping them into a future which is filled with worst career options.
