Only the good things is that the quality of Products is excellent. And salary comes on time.

Company rule and regulation are operated by untrained person, so here is can't talk with in logical ways. And i think this is first company which are manufactured new brand in every month. So sales team can't focus on all new products. And Expense deduction is main moto of this company without any logical answer. And here is no Area sales manager no sales officer, all are sales representative, because all operation are operated by Head quarters person only like recruitment, Stop working, expense deduction, etc.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...re is good. they are too much adjustable . and they have good salry sructure . and fixed salary and expenses timing . There MD MR Sukhdeb Galot is a very positive person. in monthly meeting he interact with every employee directly . in this company the promotion is happend on basis of your capability . its happen any time .

...mployee. 3.This year 2021 Some of the employee are facing Covid And take leave..but organization deducted his salary ,even submitted all documents , Doctor prescription till less salary (How many days working in market , received salary )No work no Salay. 4.No rules only one man Show 5.Dont go to this organisation. To spoiled your career.. (Now organization change name Yutika Natural Pvt Ltd)

There is nothing to like about working at Prem Henna Marketing Pvt. Ltd..

Dislikes

There is nothing like job security, career growth is slow, getting salary on time but they are not cooperative in the tough time of Covid-19,during the lock-down, all the employees worked from home for prolonged hours, but didn't get salary for those months. Appreciation and appraisal is only for the senior/old employees, and not for the freshers. The work pressure is terribly high. There is too much politics in this company, and no value for the one who work. work culture is extremely poor.
