It was nice experience in PREETHI. Safety & work culture always maintained well in PREETHI.

But nowadays changed due to management team members changed often so they do not give respect to old employees & no need of hard work employees. ( Only smart works they are looking for like most of the other companies).

Preethi develops people skills, can learn methods of sales, execution and tracking systems are good. People are cooperative and easy to reach top management also.

Dislikes

Opportunity for growth levels are poor, of some body move out from company only existing people will get opportunity. Feedback mechanism to improve, retaining skilled people is not there.

Learned many things as I am a fresher..work environment was good and I've met some good people's..undergone many trainings there which was very good.

Job security and appraisal were worst.. Very hard to grow up our career..
