Company owner attitude like a cheap shopkeeper, failure management, dominant culture, politics, salary issue every month, TA DA NEVER COME ON TIME if come on time after a deduction without any reason

Total 7 Owner Of Company anybody Come and New rule come . NO Hr policy They Discontinue you anytime also You cannot get Full your salary in every Month . No Training , All supervisors are anpad and also Owner Trust on Supervisor or Worker Not On you. Increment Done after 2 years . Very Bad Company Donot Join .
