The foundation of our company is systems. With these systems only we are discharging our duties with out causing any inconvenience to our higher ups.It is like a library for technical staff. It is purely labour oriented organisation. Profitability is very less. Though the financial position is not good our top management never accepts for any reduction of staff or any monetary benefits.

Dislikes

In the recent days due to change in Top management, the work pressure increased due to more cost of production.Increase in wage bills and other expenses and drastically increase in raw material very very lesser profitability the second level management attitude towards staff and work men decreased.

This company open for all technical learing how to use u improve your knowledge and your own skill to use for promotion, increment. Special trainning for every year its improve your skill adisinely and other benefit food and accomudation good
