The company works in the emerging field of estimation for US construction projects. This field itself has lot of potential and is well rewarded compared to Indian constitution jobs. I started the employment in the initial phase of the company. Growth in the initial phase of the employment was really good. Salaries are at par with the industry standards. Exposure to various types of work was given. Manager has a good attitude towards work and there is lot to learn from him. Focus on quality and accuracy of the work is really appreciable.

Dislikes

Work culture is sometimes toxic. There was clear partiality between the employees is observed. There is no clarity in the direction of the growth of the company. Also, the biggest drawback is not showing the trust in the employee. The delegation of responsibilities is sluggish. There is no clear set of responsibilities assigned with any one employee so there is no updation of the job designation of the employee. Involvement of non technical person in decision making and business direction is sometimes feels unnecessary, misleading, and frustrating as well. Lack of positive environment, openness to feedback, team bonding is observed because of absence of full time HR. Management could not map the individual employee's growth. Employees are discouraged to take leaves. Fake promises and no involvement of employee in decision making of the work are the biggest drawbacks. However, the flexible work culture, opportunities to work in different fields, good salaries and excellent technical skills of the manager are the positive sides of the company which really surpasses all the drawbacks and makes one of the best companies for freshers to work in the Construction industry.
