Salary is low No work life balance, of you work in client you need to be work 24*7 and also sometimes need to work for 2 days continuously without sleep. No promotion and hikes. Managers are harsh if you ask one day leave for emergency too.. No other benefits, if you own interest to learn new skills and gain knowledge only you consider this company

Nothing in less salary have to work on sunday for the client. And client person thinks that I am the only person he is the only technical person.we work for last 8 years our experience is nothing his experience is only matters. Selfish company better to join cms infosystem

Free work person wanted .bhikhari company ko bheekh diya maine salary ko. ___ days salary se they will earn crores in the covid situation worst company never ever join this company . They are spoiling engineers future and family. Handovering procedure nothing before my joining 5 6 engineers left this organization.

Specifically, I have witnessed or heard about: - Excessive workload and long hours without adequate compensation or recognition - Lack of autonomy and control over work - Verbal abuse and humiliation by management - Discrimination and favoritism - Unclear expectations and constantly changing goals This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reminiscent of slavery. I believe that all employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and it's our responsibility to speak out against such abuses."
