All the above review are fake. I am from Nagpur, Graduated from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, Nagpur. This company come to my college for Internship Drive, and lot of students join this company and most of the student leave company within 1 month. This company is career dead-end as a professional workplace. Employees are threated like factory workers - phones are confiscated at entry and store in lockers, cutting off all outside communication. The brutal 12+ hours shift are mandatory, often extending beyond scheduled hours with no regard for work-life balance. Management enforces strict factory-like condition while offering zero professional development or growth opportunities. If you value your career growth and basic workplace dignity, look elsewhere.
