Job secure ?? Personnel Financial growth is very slow , bonus?? Internal team(precision) technically no support to site Engg , because of they ask support plan?? Major drawback and customer going to bad think.

There's no facility for basic need in the company,like cafiteria,good was rooms, And we are spending our money to work for there clients and there's no reinversment for the money and they won't give hike for an year also.

Specifically, I have witnessed or heard about: - Excessive workload and long hours without adequate compensation or recognition - Lack of autonomy and control over work - Verbal abuse and humiliation by management - Discrimination and favoritism - Unclear expectations and constantly changing goals This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reminiscent of slavery. I believe that all employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and it's our responsibility to speak out against such abuses."

Company proper care emp, but some people something missing is Local end.

My working period is normal, Bu my year promotion is stuck, after revoke not increase my salary, after 3 months he was suggested per month salary increase next coming mong. by include people, mis-behave with engineer, if you selected by , Hari. I don't like anything specific about this company as this company doesn't provide job security to his employee and it's mangers regisgn from company on behalf of there employee and later employee got details about this.
