Salary issue occurred. No job security. If do mistakes or if reject some Camshaft then your payment will be reduced or may be you have to leave the job. There's no career in this company. It is hard to maintain balance between work-life. No canteen facility, you have to bring your own tiffin daily.

There Management is doesn't like.salary is decent but career. Growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joining.

Highly unprofessional management, Micro Management at critical level, No respect for Employees, Payment date not fixed, Payment cutting for some other reasons, No canteen facility, Poor low salary & no salary standards/policy, No growth opportunities, No timely increments, Non-qualified top management, Poor office politics, No benefits, Under qualified person like 10th fail waiter is team leader of qualified Bachelors Degree experienced employees, hope rest you understand about HR & Management.

...erage organization with a basic facilities. it's ok ok company for Locals only. Random salary deduction, delayed salary is issue only transportation facility is available.no canteen or snaks even daily ☕ is also paid by employees Rest is you can imagine. Highly Not recommended to non local candidate

Company culture is very bad about company employees do not give any respect to employees cut salary because of any complent from customer and rejection Company policy not good no canteen facilities as per work not give hike and bonus and posting
