Descipline, culture. Work environment is very clean.

Salary issue occurred. No job security. If do mistakes or if reject some Camshaft then your payment will be reduced or may be you have to leave the job. There's no career in this company. It is hard to maintain balance between work-life. No canteen facility, you have to bring your own tiffin daily.

The Company is Good for New learners where you can learne many thinks which is you can't learn in other organition. i love the fact that i am a part of a team markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.
