There is nothing to like about this company. Poor team and poor management. Toxic work environment.

Toxic and bullying work culture atleast in my team and my team manager is the worst to work with. He induce such environment. No growth and learning. He hires his known people still the management is not able to figure it out. He has been in this company for quite a long time even though the management changes. He’s so proud and considers himself as nobody can harm him anyway here. So he treat his team in the worst way one can.

Dislikes

Job security is only around if you're good at your job, Didn't suffered layoff or termination but it is what Leadership expects. Salaries are fair enough not competent as compared to market but neither bad. Somewhere in between ok and fair.

No work life balance. Lots of work even have to work on weekends in multiple instances but no incentives to match. When asking for comparable hikes with market the company doesn’t have a budget

I am very satisfied working here. There is a good work-life balance. All the colleagues, seniors, and managers are so supportive and helpful. I feel a very positive environment here. The workload is relatively less. I get exposure to different domains and technology. You get free udemy access and get free time to study and complete courses.

Dislikes

The promotion and appraisal are pretty less. They don't conduct many outings with colleagues. Sometimes, the workload is so less that you may feel that you are not learning anything new. You are not growing your skills.
