Than this company workshop environment is better. MD immediately removing people. Salary under minimum wages to all employees as well as many staff

The company is Open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I'm a part of a team that markets reliable. High quality products.

Compensation is decent. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have work 10-12 yes.

...y deposit late after 10 days and they do not have the proper deboarding process. They hold my sallary even after i pay 1 month wage for early releaving as per company policy along with i work extra 9 days but still they do not paid me. They promise for bonus but the same is still on hold. HR is to lazy and do not respond even after calls. I never recommend anyone to join this preci forge. Specially for girls and management making fun of their employees.

...Experience i had. No management no discipline no learning no respect over there. They're hiring freshers engineers on very low salary & ask them to work like worker oh daily wages. There is no respect & work Environment is very dirty due to Old Uneducated people in Management.

I will suggest don't go there just beacuse you don't have job. Seat in home instead of working such organisations.

It's great working with this company all are very supportive and alot to learn here

There's nothing that I dislike but yes compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high but if you want to start your career it's a good company.
