Sometimes you have to work late night but never get compensation of that. Low salary. No extra facilities or benefits probided

1, A lot to learn from New clients , New technology, multiple documentations. 2, Get understanding on different internal and external processes

1, No time given to evaluate an issue/Risk/Blocker. 2, Multiple Oversee managers which confuses an employee whom to follow. 3, Too much focus & review on email writing rather than focussing on delivery of project. 4, No Job security

More responsibility for less experienced people. So people can learn a lot.

Dislikes

Lot of things: 1. It has bad policy and behaviour for experienced employees. 2. Very few people get the opportunity to grow in the company. If u stay in the company does not garentee your growth. 3. Unusual High work expectations for every one in the company. 4. Many more.

Amazing work culture, ample of opportunity to learn and explore new things even at management level exposure.

Dislikes

Employees are not happy here, the upper management fails to keep them motivated. Salary is poor and there is no work-life balance.

Nothing no job security any time they can kick you out . Company don't make dicision the developer who is working for prdxn and doing project outside of company they decide if you try to have a good knowledge then them then they will kick you out from company and company owner will not going to intrupt

Exostic environment nothing new full waste of time and effort
