Over politics. You can't get any promotion. Huge work pressure. 1.You can't get releiving letter and experience letter so easily. You Will get after 30days from resigned date. 2. Majority of them not gave More technical experience.so, you can't learn anything from them. 3.it is not an proper systematic company. 4.lot of internal politics. 5. You can see lot of fights in between department.and silly ladies fight. 6. There was is one unprofessional person screaming every minute.blaming every person.doesn't know work place ethics.

It is a worst company for outsiders, since the MD thinks only this own relatives do work and rest sit and collect salary. While, their relatives are sitting to take photos of works done by others and sending to MD as they did the works.
