BHEL make (3×660mw) Super critical technology plant. No technical interference in working.

Dislikes

Lower pay compared to industry average during my time. Don't know current status. No scope for entertainment as located far off from Allahabad city. Horrible traffic jam always.

...sphere is good. No interference by anybody. People are friendly and cooperative. Salary payment is timely.

Company is passing through uncertainity of ownership/management change. Due to this, there is standstill condition regarding development activities in plant and colony. Not much tour/training activities. Other things are ok.

The new management is moulding benefits to themselves and not showing fair benefits to employees of PPGCL. As the management belongs to TATA

New management is not fair to PPGCL employees.As management belongs to TATA so a huge disparity between employees.

I saw in WTP Department where I work that if you have surname Tiwari,Trivedi , Chaturvedi,and any other pandit culture surmname than you receive big support and big and get special treatment or if you have any other surname than you face many many trouble and punished on every small mistake.
