Very bad culture and zero job security Management have foolish the new employee and after joining they want immediate results . MD have sorrounding well developed sycophancy culture.both MD have sorrounding by the same people and sorrounding people have foolish the MD.

The workers at Prayag Polymers Pvt. Ltd., Bhiwadi, (Rajasthan) are very good.

Dislikes

At Prayag Polymers Private Limited, Bhiwadi, (Rajasthan) the GM there is non technical and hence does not understand the problems of the machines. Neither does he have the design nor does he let us take it.

The owner of the Company Mr. Nitin Aggarwal sir is so down to earth and not believe that employees are insects.

Their few old staff those are working from 10-15 years or more than this. They are not helpful not supportive.

Managment always support and flexible top management always give liberty if you want to use your ideas in the market Your senior never like this ,he always want don't use any ideas if the top management coordinate with the senir company will go top 5 in the world
