Worst work culture , worst management behavious they holdback the salary , 3 Months notice period and they need immidiate joiners , Managers are very rude, No salary Hikes at all , If you rise your voice they will terminate you if dont they will hold back your salaries , Owner never cares ablut employees , Join here only if you want to ruin your carrier and waste your precious time . They wont give the experience letters , they wont gives the clearance after reliving from work , they will hold backthe gratuity amout , notice period salary and experience letters Worst work culture

No management. No satisfactory responses from management. Rude people, doesn't listen to their employees. They will torture and test your patience at the time of full and final settlement.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part a Praxien team. Company has a global client base. In this company so many learning opportunities are there. Carrier growth is also very good.
