Very friendly and encouraging working environment. it has an open-door policy higher management is within everyone's reach, although you may not feel the need of going to higher management as people there are encouraged to help and understand each other's problems. A very nice place to work. the best part is the environment is very family-oriented. If you are a part of this company you will be a part of their family.

Salary is average looking at other companies, but not low. and given the work-life balance, one can compromise a little on the salary.

...nt. Apart from hybrid we can seek for WFH for some days/months in certain cases. Salary hike is also around 15% . Job security is best. Have seen many employees staying more then 10+ years. Learning opportunities are also good.

I like almost everything in Pratham, it one of the best company to work it or live your life because for me Job is not working with Someone its like living 1/2 of your life with them

1. Company is not growing at the rate it should grow despite having excellent resources force 2. A few middle managers need improvement (very less in comparison to the market and other companies) 3. First Saturday working

...rtive always. Working staff are not treated as colleagues but treated as family. There is no limit for escalation in grades & salary for the deserving staff.
