I have very bad experience of working with PIF... The management do not keep their promises which were made at the time of interview as well as they do give any respect to their employees (teachers).

... cannot issue me any legal paper such as joining letter or experience letter.... without giving any notice period they told many of their employees to discontinue the job as the got the replacement at very low salary... I didn't recv the salary of last 15days till date...

Good place where you can exposure new things& near bye station so Easy to travel.office structure was good.

Full of politics happened,work environment depends on manager because they treated employees according to there mood swings.others staff always waiting for,when you are going to left your job.

The organization works for the purpose of skill development and employment. It benefits the poor and needy. Due to the fact that unemployment is on the rise today, the basic necessities of life such as living, behavior, dress, computer knowledge, employment opportunities - resources, communication, in-depth training are provided free of cost through this organization. Which is spent for if taken from outside. Therefore, very disciplined and thoughtful social work is being done through this organization. So we are all grateful to the organization. Thanks!

Not for all bt I'm from gurgaon location here's management is not okk here also going some personal growth only management team, I'm very disappointed by pratham side all over work are okk bt behaviour are not good with a team specifically for a girl employee.

It's specially for gurgaon location they are not permote a girl here's not gender equality i was a team Leder in pratham infotech foundation bt I left the job till February because of state head don't want any girl employee in their office they are forced me for resing therefore I left the job.
