...pany closed down its operations during lockdown from 21st March to 30th April. Since we did not do any work during this period, they did not pay any salary to the employees. Moreover, the annual salary of many employees were reduced permanently once they resumed office taking the basis of the period worked for the company. People who had been working for long period faced reduction of upto 40-45% of their salary. Regarding job security, many junior employees were not called to office even after the operations resumed citing reasons that they will be called only when needed. In actuality, their work was delegated to other senior employees and focus was on getting more work done from existing people at a reduced salary. Their was no support from the company during this pandemic period when employees needed their support the most.

Dislikes

Politics. People who are close friends with senior officials are always favoured and others are treated as if they never belong as an employee with the company. Sometimes these people are abused at and treated very badly.
