top disgusting problem is leadership, leader from Other state come and not do Ethical behavior to lower staff. leader do more and more pressure to employees. peoples doing 24 hour daily duty in company still company have more money. my position problem is I travel lot for work by my own bike for 150km daily still company don't gave me fuel to anyone I pay from my salary. so fuel with pressure with communication all the day than you have no good words from leaders .

I worked here for two years on the post of technician, that too only on 10000 salary, but this company used to deduct 3 to 4 thousand rupees from the salary every month by giving some excuse or the other. All the technicians were very upset, here When an employee becomes old, he is fired, so that he does not have to pay more salary.
