I don't like the lady boss, they deduct salary for no reason. They give tasks on holidays. I have to hide my vacation pics as they will create drama. Even if you can't marry and if you are planning your family then they create unfavourable scenarios deliberately so you are forced to quit the job. She is a mental harasser. The people over there are supportive till they have some benefits otherwise not. No benefits but your efforts will go in the gutter when they complete their selfishness. No Saturdays off no appraisal, you can't talk with other employees like a school student. You can't celebrate. If you are happy, you have to make a sad face in front of them otherwise they'll spoil your day. No, appreciate it. All good is her and all bad is yours. Super egoistic. They say female-oriented company but it is a female-harassing company. If you still want to work please be dominant and clear all the rules and regulations in advance and write and record somewhere because they can deny it. They do fake work also.

Dislikes

Horrible experience. The boss Sangeeta Agarwal is horrible. The most egoistic, cruel lady i have ever met. She chooses employees by face and caste. Fair colour is a must, Muslims are not allowed even if they have topped the country.

I am feeling cheated about an year, All blaming games are happening there. I hate her management. No Credit given to employees. All good works are happening by boss only blame game.
