All are in the run to satisfy only one person(Director).Internal culture of room is not transparent.Poor mind with high degree,will damage an organisation.Not a single talk about knowledge tranfer i health in this company still today.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I like the employee rehire policy Other thing is not that much good very insecure job with so much job pressure.

Work pressure is high, no appreciation, insecure job, location is not good and the most irritating thing is the attitude is like sethia type, they always think about only profit rather than service

Professional Growth is nothing. Not required graduate education for being manager. Increment criteria is depending upon management favour, not above on your performance.

Favourism. Not professionalism in career growth. Job security is not there. Working Timing hours are not fixed and 10 to 12 hours daily work.
