Should have a bigger office. The team has increased and it sometimes gets tricky to get your chair and system. Though they have rosters but should take at least double the office space.

Knowledgeable Seniors, Work Environment is excellent, True Guidance and proper appraisals. I have been working for 3 months and next month I will be inducted full time in the company. Learned lot of new things. Just out of college and Prasarnet provided me with the opportunity to learn while on job and did not charge any money for training me

The work pressure and quality is tremendously maintained and if anyone is not up for it, it will not work.

I wish I could give negative rating. Cz they don't even deserve one star also. The atmosphere is toxic, with the HR and VP seemingly only concerned about monitoring break times, neglecting the well-being of employees. It feels like they don't treat us well, and the work environment is not good – it's actually pretty tough. It is a toxic place to work. You're always worried about losing your job, and that makes it a stressful place to work.
