As per my experience job profile was quite easy hence less to learn. I would like to suggest management to higher someone with less experience at very low salary , will result in Maximum productivity but with less investment.

Dislikes

I don't want to defame or criticize anyone from management but I had very bad experience regarding employees grievances. Time and again I had to report to the highest authority for resolution which made me feel like harassed and hopeless. Therefore I would like to suggest management to consider employees grievances (genuine issues of course) with full attention and resolve at first level for betterment of employees as well as company image.

Company was too good in work timings and giving salary on time they are not give pressure to the employee overall it is a good company

Dislikes

Nothing from company norms but there is a communication gap between the coliques at branch level, they can't give respect one an other

1. Rules are not omnipresent 2. No work life balance 3. Behaviour of HODs towards staffs 4. Nepotism 5. Monopoly of factory head 6. No system/process at all 7. Confusing salary structure 8. Ignorance of HR dept. towards some major issues of employees 9. Company run only by value not by valuation 10. Other facilities are zero

Company culture like local small vendor, no policy of Billing as structure, not providing Credit note,and payout to to Distibutor. Not providing MNC culture, Not providing Insurance

Salary on time on every 7th of Month. alternate Saturday off and no work pressure. Managers are supportive. No work pressure. work life balance is plus point

Dislikes

HR policies are bad and need to modified. Strict time. Internal politics departmentwise
