HR dept. is not much qualified. Salary comes after 15 days of month completion. They deduct salary by themselves and then follow up minimum 2-3 months for reimbursement and no one will reply you over the email. No outing, no guranteed compensations,no cafeteria, no person covered under mediclaim policy from days one and mediclaim policy is not regulae practise. Politics at different level. You will never asked for work during holiday but you will not compensate for that. Notice period documented for 30days but you have to serve for 90 days in techncial dept. Else they will start exploitation.

Only like is that they provide a bonus during Diwali.

The branch manager is a total fake. Hikvision is providing him such salary but the people who actually work hard never gets recognized properly. Branch manager name is Vikash Sharma. He made me pay heavy money with my office laptop when I had a bike accident during office time but he mentioned to higher authorities that the accident wasn't during office time. I only got so less salary at that time and on top of that had to pay housing rent and other expenses but because of his mail, the company even made me pay the laptop price. I've never heard of such company who can't even afford to handle a laptop's price( which happened because of my bike accident and I was badly injured ) but are running cores of business in India. Is pramahikvision so poor that they can't afford for an employees laptop who was injured during office time in a bike accident? I left the company in 2020 as I have had enough from the branch manager and resigned because I knew the higher authorities will do nothing about the fact that branch manager is a complete fake who just gives attendance and leaves the office and by evening comes to office and to attendance and again leave.

Company was too good in work timings and giving salary on time they are not give pressure to the employee overall it is a good company

Nothing from company norms but there is a communication gap between the coliques at branch level, they can't give respect one an other

Company culture like local small vendor, no policy of Billing as structure, not providing Credit note,and payout to to Distibutor. Not providing MNC culture, Not providing Insurance
