I love the fact that I am a part of a team who is working with good clients and there is a vast scope of learning. I get to learn each day and everyday. My colleagues are very cheerful and helpful and the bosses are very encouraging . I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high and most of the account managers work as 'one man army'. I feel there should be at least 2 people working on an account to have each other's back when one of them is not present. Also, there is just 1 weekly off which is not enough to replenish the energy and keep the spirit high. Most agencies work on a 5 days a week schedule.

There is no job security. You may be fired any time without any prior notice. The boss is highly egoistic and treats his employees like animals. Sometimes you have to work till late night hours to fulfill the never ending wishes of the clients. There is no personal growth and there comes a point when you feel that your brain has lost its intellect.
